Christine Perey is principal analyst and president of PEREY Research & Consulting (Montreux, Switzerland). In 2004 her research on mobile applications of advanced rich media technologies for consumer markets began to take priority over the prior decade of work on broadband, enterprise applications for multimedia. One of the public products of this new direction was the report titled Personal Mobile Video Communications on the Launchpad, published by Wainhouse Research in 2006. Since mid-2006, Perey has studied and assisted companies to better understand their opportunities in the domains of Mobile Social Networking and Augmented Reality. Perey’s report on one of these areas, Mobile Social Networking: Communities and Content on the Move, was published by Informa Telecoms & Media in January 2008.

PEREY Research & Consulting studies and advises vendors, application providers and network operators on the design, launch and operation of a range of mobile social networking and user generated content services.
